Summary: Supports the smooth, safe, and organized execution of worship services, programs, and events through scheduling support, communication, documentation, and on-site coordination (including safety flow).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling services, programs, meetings, and events
Maintain operational calendars and internal communications
Manage documentation related to programs and facility usage
Coordinate volunteers for day-of operations
Support safety, crowd flow, entrances, accessibility, and parking coordination
Communicate concerns/incidents promptly and professionally
Works Alongside: Church Trustee Board and Pastor Josey’s Administrative Assistant (collaboration and alignment; not trustee duties).Notes: No financial authority, building repairs, or maintenance responsibilities.
